Manufacturing Process:

Adhering to GB 5803-5815, GB/T 806, GGG-F-325b, and DIN6261-7285 standards, our files are shaped through hot forging, sharpened by precise grinding, and hardened by quenching. Each file is finished with surface sandblasting to enhance fatigue resistance.
