While our group produces a broad family of hand and cutting tools, carbide rotary burrs are where Pachatool concentrates its most advanced know-how. We control the full process — from tungsten carbide selection and blank formation to CNC flute grinding and final inspection.
Every burr is produced to tight geometric tolerances across the complete A–N type range, in both single and double cut, with shank sizes from 3mm to 1/4 inch and full custom capability. That focus is what makes Pachatool a specialist rather than a generalist.
