Production Process

1. Forging & Shaping – Steel blanks are forged into various profiles.

2. Tooth Cutting – Diamond-shaped serrations are precisely cut on the surface.

3. Heat Treatment – Through quenching + low-temperature tempering, high hardness and durability are achieved.

4. Surface Finishing – Polishing, anti-rust coating, and ergonomic handle assembly.

   This process guarantees consistent performance and precision cutting ability.

Based on cross-section shape:
